Actual generic scraper only allow css selector.
But some website are bad coding and there is no css class or id class to the next button link or to a div.

Xpath are way better for scraping, it allow things like following sibling, ancestor etc

Add Xpath compatibility to scraper will improve it enormously and make it as powerful as Octoparse.
